After being in news more for her personal life than films in 2007, Kareena Kapoor is looking forward to sink herself in work in the coming year.She scripted an almost perfect story of love lost and found on her personal front in the year gone by. Just a few months after she swore to be with Shahid Kapur , come hell or high water, she drifted away from her dimpled boyfriend and fell in love with divorced Saif Ali Khan . And the biggest irony is that the separation between Bebo and Shahid took place in the days leading to the release of their most successful romantic film together Jab We Met .
Her only release in 2007, JWM brought Kareena praises for her amazing performance as an outspoken Punjabi girl unsure about the guy she loves.
However, the year also saw Kareena shoot for the Yashraj Film Tashan in which she is paired with Saif. Going by the promos, Bebo has a very sultry and stylish look in this action thriller.
Presently, Kareena is shooting for her first comedy film Golmaal Returns in which she plays the wife of Ajay Devgan . The film has Bebo playing a housewife who is addicted to Ektaa Kapoor’s serials so much that she begins suspecting her husband after watching such episodes on TV.
